Stages of Implementation

• Technical examination of objects to be automated.

  • design of field equipment and control instrumentation. This stage includes the development of functional circuits of object automation, the definition of types, as well as the place of installation of the sensors and operating mechanism; the development of structural schemes of hardware components; functional diagrams of the electrics of control cabinets, external wiring patterns, routing plans.
  • design of data collection and processing, control over executive mechanisms. At this stage the choice of types and composition of controllers takes place; the development of algorithms for operation and programming of controllers.
  • design of operator control stations and the networks. The stage of design of stations and networks fulfills the design of workstations for operators and the networks; develops application software for operator control stations, industrial servers and network equipment.

Technology
