I. General Information
1.1. Project Title: Information-analytical complex of the head of the complex for architecture, construction, development and reconstruction of the city of Moscow.
II. Purpose and general description
1. Purpose
Information-analytical complex for decision support produces the collection, storage, processing, data visualization and putting to the material carriers to build the necessary information environment for the head of the department of architecture, construction, development and reconstruction of the city of Moscow.
2. Tasks
The complex provides the solution of the following tasks:
- On-line monitoring and controlling of the parameters of the implementation of urban information programs in Moscow
- Analysis, assessment and development forecast of production management in the construction complex in Moscow
- The adoption of management decisions in standard situations in the construction complex
- The adoption of management decisions in the event of accidents and emergencies in the construction complex in Moscow
- The implementation of management decisions
3. Automated management processes
To solve the above mentioned tasks the complex provides a range of information technology resources for automatic execution.
The Information-analytical complex provides the organized nature and quickness of meeting holding. A special complex for data storage and processing (server), allows the leader to participate and make decisions in the meeting in the remote mode, and also provides data output from information-analytical group to the meeting (the Council Chamber in the Information Technology Center of Moscow City Architecture Committee).
The Council Chamber has two video-walls of 20 video cubes 50”, which output data prepared for the meeting, it also has a special system Boshe, the audio system. The information-analytical group is engaged in data preparing; the group consists of 15 analysts. The operator controls the meeting and provides the organization of the meeting.
